ABOUT EDGE OF THE STORM TRAINING

We are here to assist you regardless of your experience, age or fitness level; whether you have never lifted a dumbbell or stepped inside a gym before to professional bodybuilders and athletes, we are here to help. We don’t believe in crash diets or restricted nutrition, we believe in long-term success that suits you. We take the ‘die’ out of diet and focus on a healthy balanced approach. We structure your exercise and nutrition program to suit you and guide you over the weeks, encouraging and tailoring your plan as you improve. With over 55 years of combined experience, we have motivated and coached people consistently through the many diet and training fads over the years and helped many people change their lives permanently for the better.
